Cardio Workout

Lower Body Workout

GT360 Fitness incorporates a challenging lower body workout designed to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups, including, hips, glutes, and thighs. Squats, deadlifts, lunges and more will help you build lean muscle, while working on strength, balance and stability. Traditional moves (such as squats) are combined with dynamic, unilateral moves (like one-legged squats) that will fire your muscles in a whole new way.

Upper Body Workout
